Product Description
Ardex P 51 Primer
Ardex P 51 is a solvent-free primer that improves the adhesion of Ardex products over standard absorbent dry concrete substrates, as well as over other substrates in specialized applications. Ardex P 51 also can be used over wood with select products such as Ardex GS-4 and Ardex Liquid Backerboard. Non-porous substrates such as burnished concrete, terrazzo, quarry and ceramic tile, and epoxy coatings must be primed with Ardex P 82 Ultra Prime. Specific substrate preparation requirements are provided in the individual Technical Brochures for each Ardex product. Please refer to the Ardex Technical Brochures for further information.
