We accept returns for full refund of amount paid, subject to these conditions:

• Returns must be within 45 days of original purchase.
• Stocked Items only. No returns accepted on special ordered or closeout materials.
• Material must be clean, dry and in re-salable condition.
• Grout and Mortars must have been kept dry.
• No returns accepted on close-out material.
• No returns accepted on backerbaord.
• No returns accepted on internet orders.
• You must have your receipt for all returns.
• No returns will be accepted on internet orders.

If you are not sure how much material you need, we can help you.  Bring in your measurements, but keep in mind we are figuring the material based on your measurements. 

Be sure they are accurate especially if you are purchasing special order or closeout item, we cannot take back those items.
